Osborn provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services for the renovation of the West Regional Courthouse.  Renovations included the Clerk of Court office, renovation of the Passport & Marriage & Domestic Violence services, security check points, and County Civil / Traffic & Misdemeanor areas.
