Osborn Engineering provided MEP, Technology, and Fire Protection engineering services for Cleveland Clinic's new Middleburg Heights West Side expansion project. The former Kmart facility had been chosen to allow for improved primary care access and to give patients more options for high-quality care close to home. As part of Osborn’s design services, there were planned 130 exam rooms, office areas, and an imaging suite at this new location, along with 28 procedure rooms and 11 physical therapy exam rooms.
