Scott Vura serves as the Executive Vice President and CFO of Osborn Engineering.  He has 25+ years of experience in engineering management and design, joining Osborn in 1997. Scott also serves as Principal of Infrastructure across the various geographic divisions of the firm.

Scott’s professional engineering career began after graduating summa cum laude from The Ohio State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.  His technical expertise comes from over two decades of civil and structural engineering management, design and planning experience. Project experience includes various utility improvements, site development, water line upgrades, storm water analysis, storm/sanitary sewer design, storm routing and detention/retention basin sizing, construction administration for various municipal projects, bridge design and structural analysis, design of roadway improvements, including widening and horizontal/vertical realignments and slurry wall design.

 Scott is involved in nearly every market of Osborn Engineering, including Urban Infrastructure, Water/Wastewater and Municipal Engineering, Healthcare, Sports and Higher Education.  He also serves on Osborn’s Board of Directors as the Treasurer, on the Board of Osborn Public Media Group as Secretary/Treasurer, and as the General Manager of The Osborn Company, Architects – Engineers, LLC.
