Mark Bloom has been with Osborn since 2004 and has worked on several different projects ranging from government facilities to industrial complexes. His responsibilities have included site work, electrical design, drafting and construction administration and inspection duties. Areas of technical specialties include interior and exterior lighting, power distribution and substation design, general power, fire detection systems, generators up to 2.5 megawatts and telecommunication grounding systems.
