Sean Johnson is the Senior Vice President of Engineering/Production and has more than 30 years of engineering experience in management and design. Sean also serves as the company Director of Electrical Engineering.

Sean has spent half of his career at Osborn. He graduated from the University of Akron in 1991 with a degree in electrical engineering. Immediately following college, he began his career in engineering on the industrial side including power plants and water/wastewater. After that he spent time in the telecommunication industry designing building systems for the old MA Bell companies. Following that, Sean spent a short time as a plant engineer in the manufacturing industry before finally joining Osborn in 2004.

Sean is involved in every avenue of Osborn Engineering’s production and quality control processes. His technical areas of expertise includes the assessment, application and design of high voltage systems, lighting, energy conservation, commissioning, industrial, fire detection, and cost estimating. 

Sean is also a Level III certified thermographer and building commissioning professional. He holds professional engineering licenses in over 30 states.
