Paul Goth has extensive experience in the design and construction phase oversight of large complex infrastructure and building renovation projects. His design experience includes mechanical design, pipe stress analysis, pipe flow modeling, cost estimating, commissioning, facility and energy assessments. During construction, Mr. Goth’s responsibilities include the complete cost control of project budgets, responding to RFIs, reviewing contractor change order requests, developing independent engineer estimates, developing detailed construction phasing plans and scheduling.
