David Chesley is the Director of Electrical Engineering and brings 25+ years of experience as an innovative project manager for projects that emphasize sustainable and resilient design principles. His passions include collaborating with creative designers and engineers to provide innovative design solutions for clients, helping clients stay within budget while reducing future maintenance and energy costs, and mentoring staff to advance their skills and interests. His engineering work encompassing power distribution system design from 120-volt to 35kV, improving power reliability and energy efficiency, lighting and lighting control integration, telecommunications infrastructure and fire alarm design. He has performed due diligence studies, power system studies including arc flash, and site master planning for many institutional, healthcare, industrial and commercial projects.
