Bryan Lundgren oversees the Columbus Division of Osborn Engineering. Mr. Lundgren has site development experience from preliminary planning to final construction documents on various institutional, higher education, and commercial projects. He has been involved in numerous commercial projects on vacant to redeveloped sites. Various tasks have included but are not limited to providing assistance in rezoning land, preliminary planning, overall earthwork analysis, utility studies, cost estimating, permitting, storm water studies, traffic analysis, road widening projects, higher education facilities, commercial buildings (churches, offices, warehouses, mini-storage facilities, etc), restaurant re-builds, parking lot and athletic field improvements.
