Joel Raffa has been an Electrical Design Engineer/Project Manager for 40+ years. During this period of time he has been involved with all aspects of design of new electrical systems for research and healthcare facilities. Mr. Raffa has considerable experience in the design of healthcare and institutional type power systems. In addition, his knowledge of the numerous national and state codes that pertain to electrical design has proved to be an extremely valuable asset. On projects that have been assigned to him, Joel Raffa has been responsible for the complete preparation of the required electrical drawings and specifications through the various phases of design.
